Turn free users into paying customers.
Automatically.

Drackle finds the free users ready to pay, nudges them in your product, emails them under your brand, and tells you which three deserve a personal note today.

The problem

Your next customers
are already signed up.

Every one of them costs you inference every day. Some of them are ready to pay. You can't tell which.

Signups grow. Revenue doesn't.

The buying signal is invisible.

Credits running out, seats being added, limits getting hit. It's scattered across your billing, auth, and product analytics, and nobody's reading it.

without it??
There's no one to work the list.

No growth hire, no lifecycle person, no time. So nothing happens.

Drackle was built against all three — an agent that reads the signal and acts, and a bill you only pay when it works.

How it works

From connected to converting in three steps.

No SDK, no warehouse, no engineering sprint.

01 — CONNECT

Connect the stack you already run.

Read-only OAuth to your billing, auth, and product analytics — 10+ integrations across the stack you already run. Billing and auth are enough to start; every source you add makes the scoring sharper. Nothing gets write access, and you can revoke any of it at any time.

02 — RANK

See who's ready to pay, and why.

Every account scored and ranked, each with its reasons in plain English: burned 96% of credits, added 4 seats, hit the Pro limit twice this week. Every prediction is recorded, so you can check it against what happened.

03 — CONVERT

The right nudge, from you, not from us.

Upgrade prompts at the right moment in your product. Warm email from your own domain. And each morning, a Slack note: here are the three accounts worth a personal message, drafts attached, one click to send. Cold outbound doesn't exist here.

Proof

You only pay for revenue we can prove.

We automatically leave a random slice of your users completely alone. Whatever they convert at on their own is the baseline — you never pay for that. You pay a share of the difference: the conversions that happened because Drackle was working.

Pricing

Priced like an affiliate. Except we prove it.

A small platform fee, plus 20% of the revenue we prove we created — billed monthly as it arrives, for 12 months, straight from your billing data. An affiliate bills you for every referral. We bill you only for the conversions that wouldn't have happened without us.

You only pay the performance fee on revenue we prove we created — measured against a holdout group we hold back automatically.

Deliberately narrow.

Drackle is built for a specific company at a specific stage. If the left column reads like yours, setup is an afternoon and the first ledger arrives within a billing cycle.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is Drackle?+

Drackle is an AI revenue agent that finds the free users most likely to pay in a self-serve SaaS product and converts them into paying customers. It connects read-only to your billing, auth, and product analytics, ranks every account by upgrade likelihood, and acts through in-product prompts, email under your own brand, and Slack drafts your founder sends personally.

What does Drackle do?+

Drackle turns free users into paying customers and proves how much revenue it created. It reads buying signals like credit exhaustion, plan-limit hits, and seat growth, then nudges the right accounts at the right moment — and bills only on conversions it can prove wouldn't have happened otherwise.

How much does Drackle cost?+

Drackle costs $199 to $799 per month depending on free-user volume, plus 20% of the revenue it proves it created, paid monthly for each converted customer's first 12 months. Total cost is capped at $2,000 per month on Starter and Growth plans, and if nothing is proven, you pay only the platform fee.

How does Drackle prove the revenue it created?+

Drackle automatically leaves a random slice of your users untouched and compares their conversion rate against the users it worked. The difference is the revenue Drackle caused, and that's the only revenue it bills on. The comparison, sample sizes, and math are visible in your ledger.

What tools does Drackle integrate with?+

Drackle connects read-only to Stripe for billing; Clerk, Supabase Auth, Auth0, or Firebase Auth for auth; PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment for product analytics; Postgres for direct data; and Slack for the founder queue. Billing and one auth source are enough to go live, and every additional source sharpens the scoring.

How long does Drackle take to set up?+

Most teams are live in under an hour. Setup is two read-only OAuth connections — your billing and your auth provider — with no SDK and no data warehouse. Scoring runs on your historical data the same day.

What data does Drackle access?+

Drackle uses read-only OAuth access to your billing, auth, and optionally your product analytics. It has no write access to your systems, never reads message contents or raw clickstreams, and access can be revoked at any time.

Will Drackle spam my users?+

No. Drackle only contacts your existing users — upgrade prompts in your product, lifecycle email from your own domain, and drafts your team sends personally. Every user is frequency-capped across all campaigns, and cold outbound does not exist in the product.

Who is Drackle for?+

Drackle is built for self-serve B2B SaaS companies between $500K and $10M ARR with a free tier or trial — especially AI-native products with usage or credit pricing and no dedicated growth hire.

What happens if Drackle doesn't work?+

You pay the platform fee and nothing else. Campaigns that don't beat their baseline are paused rather than argued for, the ledger says so plainly, and you can cancel monthly.

How is Drackle different from Pocus, Toplyne, or MadKudu?+

Those tools sold intent scores and left it to you to act on them and to trust their attribution. Drackle acts on its own scores and bills only on revenue measured against an untouched control group. They asked you to trust the dashboard; Drackle is built so you don't have to.
